Ministry Coordinators manage a team of people in one location for an entire summer. They are responsible for maintaining relationships with ministry partners, coordinating projects, and the spiritual development of their summer staff.
Requirements |
- Married couples who are committed to missions
- One coordinator must be at least 23.
- Must model servant leadership, leading with authority while at the same time serving the needs of the group.
- Must communicate well, plan ahead and be good problem-solvers.
- Accepted applicants must attend Leader Training in Gainesville, GA.
